Too many words.  Not enough action.  Too many tales “told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing”. (1)

It’s not enough to know what matters.  It’s not enough to make others aware of what matters, understand what matters, even believe what matters.  Good things happen only when someone or some team actually acts to get something done.

Great leaders tell stories.  But their stories are geared to inspiring and enabling others to do their absolute best together to realize a meaningful and rewarding shared purpose.  Leaders lead.  Actors act.  It is the actions that produce results.
