The first cycle of my article series, "The New Leader's Playbook" on Forbes.com, was just completed with last week's post on Chiquita CEO, Fernando Aguirre.
The series focused on the ten steps new leaders must take between acceptance of a job and the start date, and then over their first 100-days in order to be successful and deliver immediate results.
